Jen Titley is very patient, and took the time to explain the different options we had to choose from for our trip. She booked our resort,tickets,meal plan, and even our flights. Looking forward to having her help with our next trip.

Beverly was attentive and so helpful each time I changed my package no matter how many times I deleted and added the dining package, which came in handy. Right before my trip she sent a gift card to spend in Disney which was well spent on our delicious chocolate anniversary Mickey cake that we ate at Boatrights at Port Orlean’s Riverside. Great vacation planners and highly recommend using!!!!

 Jen was beyond amazing with helping me book my trip for my family. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Disney. She was in charge of finding. &booking my resort, booking my all Disney park tickets,  set up all of my dining reservations and extra fun things to do! Booking our Disney trip with Kaiti made for an easy, stress free start to our vacation. This was our first trip with the kids so we had a lot of questions.
